REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. RETURN CONDITIONS
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (under EU Consumer Rights Directive).

2. REFUND PROCESS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

3. DIGITAL SERVICES AND TRIALS
If your purchase involves a digital subscription or a trial period:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
- Refunds for digital services already rendered are processed on a case-by-case basis depending on the usage period.

4. SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
